Would you like to exhibit and sell your products to a group of over 700 deaf educators in a single conference? Planning is well underway for the 2026 Statewide Conference on Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to be held at the Houston CityPlace Marriott at Springwoods Village from June 25-27, 2026. This biennial conference is a rare and unique conference that reaches a variety of professionals and parents who represent every school district in the state of Texas as well as other states. Professionals attending the conference include administrators, audiologists, speech pathologists, diagnosticians, regional education service center personnel, private agencies, and interpreters. Parents of students who are deaf and hard of hearing also attend this conference.
The conference center offers a large exhibit hall for vendors and exhibitors that is professionally decorated and staffed with security to showcase your businesses and organizations. Two professional receptions will be hosted during the conference.
The conference planning committee invites you to promote your business or organization during the conference. A space may be reserved for a commercial or non-profit booth. Advertising space in the conference program and registration website may also be purchased. Conference attendee breaks may be purchased to encourage attendees to visit the exhibit hall.
Internet access will be provided free of charge. However if electricity is needed at your exhibit, this incurs an additional charge and must be purchased separately through the hotel.
Rates
For-Profit: $500
Non-Profit: $300
Deaf owned business: $200
Returning vendors from the 2024 conference will receive a discount of $100 off their exhibitor fee!
If this conference is cancelled for any reason, the liability of the Statewide Conference for the Deaf shall be limited to reimbursement of the exhibitor fee.
Exhibitor applications received by March 1, 2026 will be recognized in the conference program. Applications may be received after the deadline if space is available.
